Weight Pick Up Tool for Ocean Floor Penetrator (OFP)

The Wright Pick Up Tool was designed by the GeoAcoustics Branch of the Naval Research Laboratory. It's purpose is to to remove 300 lb weights from the Ocean Floor Penetrator. The video below is used to promote the Weight Pick Up Tool to potential customers.
